If, within 30 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund.

• Purchase email

• Order ID or transaction receipt

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. What Happens After You Request a Refund?

Once your request is received:

• If eligible, your refund will be processed

• Funds will be returned to your original payment method

Please allow:

• 3–7 business days for processing

• Additional time depending on your bank or card provider

3. Digital Product Policy

Local AI is a digital product.

By purchasing, you gain immediate access to downloadable files and/or software access.

Due to the nature of digital goods:

• Refund abuse will not be tolerated

• Repeated refund requests may result in purchase restrictions

• Access may be revoked upon refund approval

4. Upgrade & OTO Refunds

If you purchase additional upgrades (OTO1, OTO2, OTO3, OTO4, etc.):

• Each upgrade follows its own refund period

• Refund requests must be made within the applicable timeframe

Refunds for the front-end product do not automatically apply to upgrades unless requested.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

• Fraudulent chargebacks

• Abuse of refund policy

• Violation of Terms & Conditions

• License misuse

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first:

• Your license may be permanently revoked

• Access to all products may be terminated
